REBUILDING THERE FUTURE. Please see the sponsors below. . In April 2006 we visited a town called "La Tinaja" in search of more places we could help. We go to places others won't, the abandoned, the forgotten. We noticed this school pictured below, falling apart, with mud floors and a leaky roof. Can you imagine passing inspection with this building? Also, we noticed the 50 children living in this town were barefoot and half of them naked.
OLD COMING DOWN, BUILD THE NEW IN 3 DAYS. We took a team from Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. A retired US Army Colonel, Colonel Garcia. We then brought his church, BNF Church and there youth group of 35 youth in July 06' They donated the new school.
MOTHERS AND CHILDRN HELPING. As the building goes up, citizen's of "La Tinaja" helped us out.
FINISHED! Since the building of the school we have taken 3 more groups to visit this town, delivering a total of 200 lbs of clothing.
Since our visit in April 06' I visited La Tinaja in May 07' The blessings of above have arrived in a year. Electricity has arrived, Water has arrived and they have cell phone signals here.
